I had Sham Cat favourited because I've been researching and translating the words of Azuma Hideo, and then noticed your translations pop up today. I couldn't find any contact information, but I'm intrigued about you picking this as your very first manga scanlation project. My friend, AndroidLB, who also does translations of old manga for mangadex, told me to ask on the forum board in case you read this (I'm curious if you're a fan of his efforts since he says your credit page is similar to his).

I'm always looking for fans of Azuma Hideo.

Also, I noticed one of the sourced items (Quick Japan vol.71) in the description says Sham Cat is based on Lum and Chibineko, and while I don't have the magazine in question, I looked it up and couldn't find any special features on Azuma Hideo in it (just Takahashi Rumiko), so I'm guessing this is simply speculation by one of the magazine's writers. I translated a long interview with Azuma Hideo, and he was directly asked about Sham Cats influences, and she isn't based on Chibineko; she's a completely different lineage that comes from Azuma Hideo thinking he's doing yet another Tezuka Osamu furry-type character. Basically, Chibineko and Sham Cat are both independent anime-type catgirls separate from each other. The interviewer didn't ask about Sham Cat and Lum, just that Sham Cat is Azuma Hideo secretly inserting SF (science fiction) into a shounen manga, which might make this short project difficult, since Azuma Hideo's penchant for inserting various kinds of SF references into his manga is legendary (hence why Absurd Diary won a Japanese Nebula Award since on the surface, it's simply a weird manga, but deeper down, it's SF reference galore).

Thanks so much for your entusiasm for my scanlations, Taruby. I've been intersted in Azuma's manga for a while now, specially since he's such an important figure in manga history that has rather few of his works in english (Officialy or not). I specifically chose Sham as my 1st project since it was only 5 chapters and had it's RAWs on E-hentai already (Also it already had a page on MangaDex, which I didn't make and don't know how to change the description, if it's even posible). As for the SF references, I've found this website (http://azumahideosakuhin3arasuji.web.fc2.com/01fujnik.html) which lists the refences in Azuma's manga (Among other things) and aside from Sham and Ban's names, there are pretty much none.
Also, I'm a huge fan of AndroidsLB's work, he's pretty much what got me into scanlation (His Harenchi Gakuen translations were the 1st scanlations I've actively keept up with), so knowing he's read my scans is like a dream come true (And yes, the similar credits page was intantional)

Yeah, Azuma Hideo is a very important figure in manga history more people outside Japan need to learn about and appreciate! There's also a lot of misinformation circulating the western internet about him being the 'Father of Lolicon' and a certain panel in Disappearance Diary about Yaoi and Comiket being blown out of proportion...

Is there a way to contact you? I'm in a secret Discord club with AndroidLB, so if you want to chat with him, you can share your Discord username if you have one. I also have experience as a scanlator (from 20 years ago), so I'll help proofread your translations (if you don't have Discord, you can contact me through email tarubyparadox at yahoo dot com).

Sham Cat has its SF references. An obvious one you missed when you (google?) translated 'Snacks No.1 West' on p106. The sign actually says 'スナックのーすうえすと' (Snack Northwest). Northwest being Northwest Smith from Shambleau. Absurd Diary has guidebooks for it, so that helps, but such things don't exist for all of his manga. Like the fanpage you linked doesn't mention an Ootomo Katsuhiro cameo in Nanako SOS (he appeared as a weird chubby guy with a bucket of crabs).
