1) Boring guy doing boring things
2) Cute girl shows up, has some kind of power
3) Cute girl transfers to boring guy's school
4) Cute girl screws up, boring boy helps her
5) Dynamic duo formed

It makes me want to learn fluent Japanese purely so I can call the editor in charge of this travesty a total moron. I'll give it a chance, but this is almost Kemono Friends season 2 levels of bad in just one chapter.
