That is a pretty novel and fun idea. But it's always slightly annoys me with stories like these because in today's world, having convenient abilities like that would basically make you a superhuman and literally everyone would want to be your friend. You would probably be more popular rather than be outcasted like in these trope mangas.

Real life people hate others for stupid shit like skin colors, you really think average people wouldn't be freaked out by this? Acting like you want monster girl waifus is fine and all, but that's something we think about from the perspective of never having actually seen one in real life, just seeing idealized versions of them in entertainment media. No idea how any of us would react to it in person until it actually happens, maybe the way her body is blended from human to tree bits would gross you out so much you wouldn't be able to look at it without feeling sick to your stomach.

Don't even get me started on how used and abused these people would be if this stuff gave them useful abilities like how she's using hers at work. God fucking help them, 'cause nobody else would.

Also, that this manga is yuri makes it better than the other two linked in this section already.
