I noticed that there are three errors in the table of contents.
1. It seems the page number for chapter 22 in the toc was mistakenly switched with the one for chapter 23. Chapter 22 begins on page 65, not 73
2. Chapter 23 begins on page 73, not 83
3. The special chapter begins on page 89, not 93
