If Aoi is really Kurumi's daughter, that means Familie forces girls as young as 14 to be pregnant. (The scar on Kurumi's abdomen is probably from a C-section delivery.) And while in real life the US seems to be entering a natalist-nativist derangement with similarly horrific consequences, it's still a disturbing thought that other countries of the 'developed world' would also agreed to hunt down any girls who escape from what's essentially a human breeding farm. As if Kurumi's amnesia wasn't already a nightmare by itself.

I think that horror was already implied in chapter 1 with one of the four possible paths
