I’m absolutely LOVING this series atm, every chapter is a bloody rollercoaster ride. I especially love sayaka as a character and how the author has handled portraying her throughout the series, now that the veils are being lifted I anticipate the plot development will shift gears.

Hence why it gives us such a negative reaction from finding out, or the two panels of his smile and his hands on her shoulder after she made her request.

Also, made think....there's a gap from when they were 13-14 up until they were 18-20(can't remember if they are 20 or 24) in which kuromi had to be conscious, so I'm feeling that she and Sayaka had to have some sort of relationship in that time, otherwise why would they scape together when they didn't "get along" in childhood? Also bc Hikari felt guilty abt what happened didn't want to see kurumi(also left) so, the only for her there was Sayaka.

Either that or kuromi and Hikaru talked and actually got together, Sayaka went psyco mode, kidnapped kurumi and erased/ altered Hikari's and kurumi's memory so they won't be together (kuromi seemed to calmed to have been brought against her will) tho I feel them escaping was more of Sayaka trying to protect kuromi from something 🤔

(Also that maybe the Reason Sayaka was always sad whenever Kurumi mentioned Hikari, it wasn't jealousy perse but maybe it was bc she had to get reminded of that time they didn't got along 😭 like, imagine your girlfriend doesn't remember you but her crush from when they were kids)


Also also also, Misaki was born first, she's the one older than Aoi
