I think that this series is so good because it's so realistic. Jun is a very confused guy, and with that, he is hurting Miura. Of course it would've been better if he had been upfront about his sexuality, but coming out of the closet, even in a progressive country, it's fucking scary. And Jun lives in Japan, which isn't particularly progressive. It also comes to play the fact that he is being preyed upon by Makoto, and he has normalized that.
I'm both fearful and curious about how this goes on.
Also, the title clearly is what Jun says to himself about Miura, I understood that this chapter.
