I know the "pun". And it's actually "Kabutteru" not "Kebutteru". Anyway, it's pretty darn hard to translate that into English while still keeping the parallel structure, so I have to do some trade-off here.

Yep. Actually rather than not having last name, the 'bin' or 'binti' is used to denote one's father/mother, akin to westerners middle name. But nobody includes that part in registry here, only their given name. The 'bin/ti' is commonly used only for gravesign and verbally for religious purposes.
Batman is his given name, Suparman is his father's name. If he were Indonesian he would just be registered as just Batman, maybe in Singapore he had to use the bin Suparman as his last name because it's mandatory.
