Did they make the entrance test/finding the academy location harder for him than the others?

My deduction: Stuco prez intentionally made it harder for him to find the location enough to make him arrive late. Used it as an excuse to deduct his point just bare above expulsion(was in chp 2 or 3 i guess). Then he would definitely need to solve the case to get enough ponts to stay. Because she knew he would otherwise not try to solve it.

I agree principal, this means you should expel most of your new students, because they are all nobodies who judged MC and FL by their lineage

Im very disappointed with the resolution.
You expect me to believe that a student got up front heir chair, up the stage, moved the dummy and recreated the crime scene, all in total darkness (while using only one eye, to boot), then went down back to their seat, in like, less than a few minutes, without making any noise and nobody noticing anything?
Man, Japan loves to make these Sherlockian series, but they rarely ever manage to pull the proper cases with good tricks and solid logic to back the story up.
I guess I can give it a few more chapters to redeem itself, but I'm not expecting much.
