Yuuki is lucid, awake, and aware throughout the whole seduction (not that excuses Marie's scum behavior) which lends support to the theory that the potion didn't do much of anything. Would tie in with the larger comedic conflict of Marie's continued denial of her homosexuality as she does more and more extremely gay stuff like opening a lesbian brothel and falling in love with her female childhood friend.
