Wait, that "molester", what did he actually do? The detective "heard a picture being taken" even though it would be dumb to have your sound on when your taking a photo of a random person, and there was not SFX. Then the Detective calls him a molester, which even if he did take a photo, doesn't make him a molester (I think). But the man's defense is that it's natural to look at sexy women, which is creepy, but not actually illegal unless your like stalking them. So what did he actually do? Am I missing something here (I probably am)?
