Philo might also be using a similar item, as she looks to be around the same age as Lavi in the Flashback, who was around five when his mother was taken.

Remember, the mother of Lavi said that she has been "Nude for Seven years", meaning that Lavi was either five, six or seven when she vanished... So Philo being that Smol, implies that she is actually almost the same age as Lavi is, and has been unknowingly using an item that makes her look older than she actually is.
