I mean, my guess is that it is her imagination + lavi-papa's skill. The skill makes the wearer invulnerable, but the design probably comes from the skill taker. Same as most of the other ones that mimic a skill from other people.

Hell, they probably share the weird eyes BECAUSE Philo did something to try and retrieve the skill from the skill taker when it initially took Lapin, and all the items she got out of whatever she did ended up influenced by its image.
