I love this manga but this scene is quite bad, it brings very little to the story and Irako having completely recovered and beating both Fujiki and Ushimata is unrealistic even for this manga standards. Also one of the reason I prefer the anime.

I'm a bit confused by Mie. I guess she didn't "get over" Iraku yet, even though I kinda assumed she did after she accepted Gennosuke as her husband-to-be and after seeing a vision of Iraku violtaing and killing her.
A troubled soul, for sure, but I'd like to see her a bit explored soon, so that I can know for sure, where she stands mentally. Also - since many fights in this manga ended with just one exchange and one side successfully attacking, I really can see Iraku killing Gonza here.
