Weird how they were able to survive for a whole month like that, I can get that you can survive that long without food and if the casts were porous then they would be able to breathe (even if only barely) but what about water? also if they end up relieving themselves (both 1 and 2) it would end up trapped there and potentially make them sick.

The only time manga characters use the bathroom is when the author has a piss fetish, that’s a fact.

As for water maybe dripping it through the wraps somehow? Or stabbing in an IV?

The other possibility of course is that the lady is lying and it hasn’t been a month just a decently long time that she can convince them was a month in their stupor.
