And often people only need one frame that show through a window to find a general location, like “oh, you can see Tokyo tower, an there’s 3 trees that can be seen through the same window!” look at map “so, 3 schools close enough to it…” look at Google street view ”and only one of these has 3 trees between the school and the tower!” (Completely fictive situation… but I have seen it done.)

A stranger assaulting a student creates problems for the adults, a student being bullied by other students and committing suicide doesn't, so why would they give a shit? This isn't theoretical, it happens all the time in Japan and it's not much better in America. They do one assembly, put a vase with flowers on the kid's desk and tell the parents of the kids involved to sort things out privately so the suicide victim's family doesn't bother anyone else with their loss.
