Depends on what she considers happiness. She probably has never harboured feelings for anyone, other than the satisfaction she gets from things and people being under her control. Is she even capable of loving someone?

The Flaw here is that she wants to give him happiness as her puppet while also not wanting an actual relationship with him. At first glance there would seem to be no problem with this, however when you think a bit more about it you realize that a large part of his happiness is being with her meaning this plan of hers is destined to fail.
