I guess anything is toxic if you consume a whole box of it. Lower dosage limit is 6.5 to 13 mg per kg of body weight, which is equal to 1g for average adult. AFAIK the lab grade stuff is 1000mg/ml, so a 1L bottle can kill 10 adults or so.
