AINT NO WAY, After making a bunch of Kenichi clones, master Matsuena went "wait a minute... why don't I just make Kenichi again?" AND HERE WE ARE BOYS.

The original Manga is actually what first got me into manga, and I have always thought that in this era of remakes, Kenichi is the one anime I would love to see with newer snappier animation. The only part that has aged horribly is Ma Kensei pervyness... AND IT SEEMS HE ALREADY GOT RID OF THAT IN THIS EPISODE. We are so back.

So glad to see this back with a sequel. It's awesome considering it seems like they're going back to addressing the last plot threads of the original again with the first chapters. Already very promising.
