Is he trying to say that while learning magic and swordsman, it was fun and enjoyable, but after that, he couldn't find any joy in hunting monsters. why doesn't he like travel...or find a girlfriend...or become a dad...or do anything else besides fighting. This dude was reincarnated from Japan into a world of swords and magic and could only find fulfillment from slaying monsters and learning magic. after killing the final boss thing why don't you just hold on to that reincarnation stone and wait to use it when you get old and then relive you life again.
