Mc's logic : I don't want to get higher rank because i don't want to be asked to do Some quests but i will do them anyway, getting unrequired attention and unnecessary situations of discrimination due to me being an f rank who is (soon to be) associated with and surrounded by the strongest higher ranks who will (most likely) be super rude to me because of my f rank at first but will change when they see how stupidly strong i am.

Why the fuck would he even register if he refuses to rank up? The answer is obvious of course, it's all so the genius author can create more situations where people judge him solely on his F rank. It's honestly amazing how shitty this story is so far.
