I think at this point all 3 sisters are in the clear, so was either straight up an accident, or it basically leaves Akari as the only the possible option due to her being the only remaining character of note.

The bloody object shown early on in the story was a plant pot. So it's possible she attacked him sexually, he ran away, and the pot fell on his head somehow.

We’re gonna find out that this was all a misdirection and that they probably didn’t try to kill him. He likely freaked out over all the attention and ran away (like most harem manga male MCs do), and fell down the stairs or something.

Either that or they were all fighting over him, he tried to stop it and accidentally got pushed.

Something dumb like that with lots of lewd hijinks along the way to reveal just how brocon they actually were the whole time.

I think it's almost guaranteed at this point.

MC is basically a From Software or ASOIAF lore youtuber and is connecting too many dots. It's been apparent the owner of the original body was meek as a kitten and surrounded by complete sexual deviants. All the initial weird behaviour that seemed to be evading a crime is a mix of shyness towards him generally or them having been too sexually overbearing.

Anything the sisters did should be benign, childhood friend-chan being involved remains to be seen. She could also be benign, have been giving advice or something or actually be malicious.
