I like how every demon has it's own unique design just to trick readers into thinking they will put up a fight.
I assume all demons just think they're significantly stronger than anyone else, so next group of villains overestimating themselves will keep happening.

I'm sure someone must've mentioned this already but consider how "strong" these demons were compared to the humans even after Gaia's training, how can human civilization even exist for him to reincarnate into 5000 years later in the current era?

These demons could've easily conquered the humans in their current state, say 100 years before Gaia's reincarnation and either wiped out the humans completely or kept them on the verge of extinction as a measure of control. There wouldn't be no magic academy, noble families or any of this crap.

This is the Iron-Man syndrome where all this world altering disaster crap just happens to to occur AFTER our hero's emerged and able to stop them even though they're no more or less likely to happen on any other day and had the hero not been born yet he would never have the chance to..

@gigabarto their weakening of humans by spreading false information has backfired on them as it made themselves weaker in the process. I wonder what reason the demons go after humans. Is it just that they feel superior and wish to enslave humanity. Was it humanity who started it first.

Wow, after reading 19 chapters of this, I had assumed all of the demons were only Ikemen and Bishonen due to the artist's latent disgust for anyone looking better than him, but in this chapter he finally gave us a few women, or at least a couple of traps. Good on you artist, at least you can disguise your disgust for the people who work out regularly.

@Lightbrand - the demons probably thought they should go with the deception for a few more centuries, to be sure. But then Mathias appeared and waiting was not an option anymore.
And the real reason was, they could not organize themselves in a big army of 14 demons unless things went really bad. Thus, each demon had to only depend on himself to fight his share of humans, and there was always a chance the others will backstab him.
