A sociology major who can tutor math and science.. Understandable if he took science class in high school then chose social studies in college. But sociology?

Speaking from experience (a bachelor of sociology myself), even when the science kids 'divert' to social studies, they generally pick either geography or economic related majors since most of them find sociology and other humanity studies 'boring'.

I'm not trying to attack anyone here, just questioning author's line of thinking when writing the ML's character.

@Efu I'm a social sci major myself but I tutor kids in both stem and humanities subjects as well, because i was an allrounder in high school and took all types of courses. high school subjects aren't that complex, and a lot of stem subjects are mandatory up til a certain grade anyways, so I don't think it's that unrealistic for the guy to be a sociology major tutoring math and science.

If sensei who could read her like a book and is so aware of how people normally behave doesnt realize why she moved away it would be a complete nonsense.
