That's a beautiful, great final chapter to wrap up the story as a whole. However I'm not sure reviving Risuka at very last minute was any relevant.
Biggest problem was rather the last arc as a whole. It was also very disappointing because of how rushed it felt. Until ch 29 I was convinced the story would keep going for quite a long time.
This is an interesting case tho, I would've never thought a decade long pause would cause so much problems to write a series. But it makes sense because in 10 years his experience, beliefs and writing style must've changed so much that it would've never given the same thing as if he kept writing the story in 2008, without taking any pause.
It was a quite interesting journey tho, and a pretty much peak for most of its running. Favorite part for me was the fights, especially the one with Risuka's cousin. That was an outstanding character and the most jojo like fight I've seen in a non JoJo manga
