Have we seen actual dragons in this series yet? It could be that even with wings, he's closer to a lizardman than a dragon, if they're typically large / non-humanoid. They're all likely special monsters anyway, with having come from another world.

It's possible that, there haven't been any sighting of a Dragonman.

My guess is that, all of the Classmates who have been reincarnated as monsters, have reincarnated as either the highest form of their race, or a more stronger source race.
