I'm guessing succubus; whatever she is, it needs to have a human-like base appearance, and some type of transformation. Succubus is human-like, and given school uniforms can be fetish stuff, as well as it reflecting his image of her (therefore granting her succubus desire based materialization). Otherwise, why would you purposely choose clothes that would be out of place in that world.
