It makes sense to not allow slaves to register as adventurers, one would not think of allowing a sword to be registred as an adventurer and this is the same thing.

The employers at the mansion are not his and he don't truly trust them, just as far as it is acceptable for their work, but having someone to put your life to them like in battle is something else.

If "a trustable partner" means someone forced by a magic compulsion to die to protect him, then he's just an hypocrite that wants a meat-shield, not a partner. So much for his claim of creating a world where "there's no sadness and no one is hurt". Apparently he forgot to mention "unless it's my own slave".

It is not said anywhere that the slave is forced to die for him.
As far as the story got the slave can't "hurt" the master and has to obey orders, maybe.
Also there is nothing stopping the slave from being happy too, otherwise you are already assuming that the slave is going to be abused.
It is something people don't like to talk about but there were many slaves that liked their situation as it was far better than dying to famine or hyportemia.
