They should have switched the 1st and 2nd cells (from left) in the 2nd row. Then they could have marked 2nd cell in the 1st row without getting bingo, too.
That would have been the perfect bingo setup. 12/16 cells marked without a bingo and any more would create two bingos at once.
Unfortunately they are stuck with the 2nd best setup 11/16 cells marked and any further mark will create at least 1 bingo.

I think its also against the rules because "extraenous" content so I always get a bit confused about them, checked on a group that I know was doing them and they recently had them edited only on mangadex to separate their banners and the actual manga pages so might be mods doing that

There are no incompetent rulers yet. The king thatlocked the MC in the dungeon is not incompetent, he was removing someone he saw as a threat and the kingdom has yet to cumble, there has nothing to believe he is bad as a ruler.
MC has not ignored problems yet either.
Obtaining power was from training and getting through a dungeon, which was said to have almost killed the MC a few times.
Pretty sure the MC got a noble title when he was promoved to S-rank.

So those are 3 marked that should not have been marked and one thatis not but should have been. Get your bingo better.
