Their one enemy has futuristic laser guns that can defeat gods, and now their new enemy has enchanted magical weapons that can also defeat gods

Oh hey looks like I was right. Last time this ghoul showed up I said the thing sticking out of her head was a broken blade. The last page shows it going all the way through her head and out of her chin. I'd guess it's a cursed blade and that's the tortured queen they just talked about.
I thought the same, but if so then it begets more questions like: Why was she revived right now? Why is she attacking only girls? Why would anyone think it's good idea to turn tortured queen into undead monster?

Yo, the plot is thicken!!

Jokes aside, I don't really understand about geopolitic. So, how Koenig just casually said that Huang Lia is their, while they didn't seem to do anything to the country? The thing we knew they did was trying to steal a tech from the dwarf country and kidnap their princess, but it failed.
no, it seems it like you understand geopolitics pretty well

Personally I find the palace arc of making the next king incredibly boring. Give us more of the politics of multiple countries becoming enemies against each other and Kai for a free-for-all world war. Also Kai should have killed all those Koenig soldiers as that would reduce the risk of people knowing the weapons work on him as well as eliminate a contingent of threat...

This. If someone has come to sing your funeral dirge, letting them escape will only invite an encore.

Also, those operatives knew "Grey Enfield" to be Albion's "war god", a magical one-man army, and prepared specifically for such "cursed" people; how many other "cursed" are there? Given Koenig's designs on Huang Lia and how the former's leadership does not mind conflict with the other powers over the latter, the new Garandoan car was surely a secondary objective: they very likely wanted to test run their countermeasure to Albion's trump card, even eliminate him if possible via surprise.
