I know their part was short, and anticlimactic, but I really liked the horsedeer. The art wasn't impressive, but it conveyed just the right message
Also, I know this manga is getting a lot of flack for its release schedule, pacing, and strange plot. It's frustrating to read and then hit the cliff knowing it will be months before the next release. After waiting, the next chapter may throw several curves that don't seem to fit what you read. Even if you re-read it, you'll probably think "this plot is broken." I'd like it if it released more often and had a slower plot pace; the quality might increase. But this zany plot has still been fun to read, especially its themes of the hero losing his humanity, his ability to take on the perspective of the foes he defeats, and the manga's mix of heavy themes with tension reducing silly art.
