Oh boy... you fucked up bad... had he just stopped after Henry surrendered and admited his loss, Rick would probably just accidentally humiliate him and try to make it not look so bad or even pretend to lose.
But now... I'm pretty sure Rick is gonna be pissed...

The MC is a piece of shit for watching that beatdown happen and not step in nor anyone else either for that matter. I'm so tired of that trope cause all it does is make the MC look bad for watching that and being "i'll twiddle my thumbs I see nothing dee dee dum dum dee." Also I'm tired of this MC being denser then a blackhole to everything, I know his training sense are warped but he knows this teacher from the word go was going too far but he just kept watching.

Also how come the "special" class is still treated badly even doing everything needed? Surely this would have elevated them breaking the records constantly? This makes no sense from a logical perspective and comes across as lazy drama writing instead.

Was stated already that "special class" is an euphemism for "people we want to get rid of". They want them to leave the academy on their own not to train them, but if they are expelled unfairly they risk being in trouble or tarnish the academy's reputation.
Also Rick intervened only when it started to be really dangerous, is not like in a military academy the instructors are gonna treat them to milk and cookies, especially in combat training, plus in theory he's undercover so he tried to hold hoping the instructor knew when to stop, but he went too far after being pushed in the earlier mock fights, specially against Ark

That's right they are "Special" to get rid of but remember one of them plays chess with the headmaster so clearly somethings off. Also if the Special class is constantly doing better then the other classes that means they are infact better then them so again why not elevate them?

Strict is one thing, from the first fight the teacher was doing dangerous stuff. First fight for example he over powered and could have killed the guy, second fight was a dangerous blow too. MC even comments on this both times. Also we have somehow Girly girl not knowning MC was at the Academy even though she's a teacher. Theres alot of holes in the writing and badly written things.

What they should have done is for the running stuff not made them out to be heroes for being so fast and doing the impossible cause writing wise you've backed yourself into a corner that how can these people be still incompetent if they are doing what literally noone else has ever done before.

Not a hole, she left's Rick's group after the tournament before they located the McGuffin in the training academy. Also she's not a teacher because she just got promoted from second order to first order.

The tags for this one is action, comedy and drama. They make funny actions, gags out of the plot and also dramatic actions. Action, comedy and drama are stupid genres.

Y'know, I think that Blowstone probably created a route towards becoming the arch/over-species through his special training methods. Rick is definitely an Arch-human at this point.

Remember that the special class is made of commoners, the old, people with low mana, or specialists in one set of skills alone. They performed the best but they are the sort that they look down on, which makes the fact that they performed the best an eyesore. They went over what their problem with them was a few chapters ago in the meeting they had.

Basically, them doing well contradicts the social structure or prejudices of the teachers and their social class. It's kinda like in High School DxD how they have schools and a process for moving to being a high class devil but a major issue in the story is that it's all built around the existing upper class, requiring funding/approval from a member of the upper class to participate and grading them solely based on the specific skills and energy the upper class specializes in even though there's, like, 10 different kinds of energy and magic systems they could work with and most of the lower class do better with something else. They even gather together and cheat in matches when it seems like someone who started in the lower-class might win. Similarly here, the school isn't being used to actually empower as much people as possible and strengthen their military, but to instead reinforce the social hierarchy by selectively empowering people and suppressing the rest. People in positions of authority/power tend to concern themselves more with maintaining that power and passing it on to their offspring then improving the state of their country/society as a whole.
