Oh, Ayari straight up called her stepdad dad. I wonder if that was intentional or a quirk of the TL process.

Loved seeing that Ayari’s phone background was of a cute Sachi. They are so adorable!

If only i had a place and the ingredients to do the udon ... the place is being kept filthy by the other flatmates and the good flour for bread and udon is not sold around here (we have the one called in this translation ''for bread'' but even with that name it is not much good for that or udon). I will have to do it in my dreams. It is also cheaper that way.

If you are one of the lucky guys who live where there is a decent variety of flour being sold, search for baker's flour, 00 or 000 flour, as the difference is big. Just one advice: in almost every case the flour sold as high gluten one is not that much high in gluten in reality and not that good for this.

Is it just me or do the Japanese have a habit of finding the hard way to do things? Like, you put it in a bag, which you put in a bag, and then you step on it. And how is the result any different from just kneading the dough?!
