Ahh I love this, though I worry a little about whether the main two end up together...
That being said, I have one complaint about reserving half the lunchbox for rice:
Carbs aren't necessary for your diet, though restricting yourself to a mostly carb-free diet is hard. However, there are also plenty of healthy carb choices (healthier than white rice, at least), such as brown rice or whole grains in general (basically, get more fiber, which is stripped from white rice).
