Yeah, it's obviously a mistake. The only pages are credits and the chapter title - forgot to include the chapter contents.

It's correct, you can check the prologue chapter's contents page (ch12 p7) sto see that this chapter was only 1 page.
It's prob cause this is a compilation style doujinshi so some supposed tweet style chapters might appear between the manga style ones (i assume that's how it was pre-serialisation where artist posted some story in the form of single images)
