Konpeito used to have boobs. That's why Shinozaki always called them "she". Previously they've either been clearly female out of cloak or genderless in cloak. So seems like wearing the hat turns them male?

Love how of everything that happened here, Shinozaki's biggest issue with it is Konpeito's looks, not that they MIB:ed everyone and gaslit them for the sake of using him as a test subject for magical research. Wacky. Funny.
