Normally I read the manga first, then branch out into the WN and Anime versions if I like it (and if there is an anime version)... but I hadn't heard of this one yet when I saw the anime on the streaming site I use. Looked like something I'd like, so I gave it a shot.

It's definitely interesting, but the story is progressing painfully slow.... or maybe it just feels that way because in nearly every episode they spend half their time finishing what they started last episode before they can get to the next part of the story. And then it ends in a completely unsatisfactory part of the next segment. I'm always left with the feeling of, "That's it? We did a whole episode, and that's all the progress we made??"

Well, I'm going to give the Manga a shot and see if it's better done than the disasterous anime.

It appears that the anime covers through volume 6 of this ongoing 13-volume manga, or alternatively halfway through volume 3 of the canceled 3-volume LN. That's an insane pace, and shows that the manga has covered practically double the story of the novel. So for the full experience of this story, it seems like the manga is a must-read, huh... To be honest, what interests me most is a possible romance with Jose, since I like her character a lot, but I have a feeling the story won't focus on that.
