I mean if you can surpass her beastlike stats and live long enough to figure out you need to 1 shot her to beat her then not really, from what I understood from MC she doesn't seem to have any dangerous powers and her invul just seems more like a pain in the ass to deal with then something scary

And her battle approach is to tank the hit head on, essentially praying the stranger's attack isn't strong enough for a one shot.

Wouldn't the more optimal approach to be very agile and nimble while masking this ability so the opponent is never going to figure it out because they'll barely get to land a hit, and all the incidental scratches they may think will add up but it won't.

That's how Bleach would've done it, except of course the guy will just explain it right away.
