She has got such an unfortunate old man. He apparently thinks she's better off in this world by having zero social skills and by being naive about how the world works. I wonder where he's working and, wherever it is, how he got there. Maybe he landed a supervising role in some business through sheer nepotism. I bet none of his subordinates like him. But then again, he's the Salt-Overgod.
1. Koharu-chan's father is a piece of shit, and I agree with Kaarme that the only way that he could get a well paying job is if his work promoted him because of nepotism, as even the least social job requires a higher amount of social understanding/awareness/skills than this piece of shit excuse of a father clearly shows.
2. That Woman lacks any tact for sending that text with the guys phone.
I like the impatient Onee-sans trying to speed the rom-com up. "I've had three glasses of wine in 15 minutes and NO WAY are we waiting 100 chapters for a confession, gimme that phone!"
So far this manga is playfully self-aware of rom com tropes and has dealt with them humorously. It's vanquished the great villain of romance, miscommunication. Let's hope it does the same thing to the other greatest villain in manga, strict asian parents.
Wow, two characters being total shit in one chapter. At least one of them got properly slapped for it. Thank goodness for the last several pages, or this chapter would've done nothing but piss me off.
