He wasn't even that rotten, apparently. Even with no figure of authority to correct his behaviour, it seems he didn't have any truly bad personality trait (e.g. cruelty) to correct. It also seems his tantrums were mostly fueled by physical discomfort and that he just ate because his life was mostly empty (his only interactions were with servants and he couldn't get out of the house). To be fair, he was still very young so he never really got to understand the position of power he was in nor abuse it too much.

Good thing he got the memories from reincarnation; he was on a bad path due to his circumstances.

I hope we see some consequences to the parents, like the brother coming down hard on his father, or the MC becoming so successful that the parents trying currying some favor (and failing). It's just unsatisfying reading how useless they are, and there being no pay-off to it.

I'm so excited to see Ageha thrive with his found family and be celebrated by them....but it's heartbreaking still how horrible his parents have been to him..
