Equifax and its customer care support automated service is trash. 7 minutes of fighting through an automated service that can't verify you with its horrible questions, just to reverify you with one you get to someone after waiting on hold.

Let me guess, the hold also has random interruptions that don't even let you go into a state of relaxation with it and also is fully able to just kick you out

This reminds me of when I was answering work calls last Saturday.
This dingbat calls me on a shipment that crossed the border in March, trying to get information about the shipment that I can't give due to client confidentiality. After telling him six times that I can't give him information, he presses number buttons every time I try to speak.
He then proceeds to rant in what I assume is Arabic (I don't speak it so I can't be 100% sure) and yelling. Answering calls for work sucks. Phone calls suck. A majority of people suck. I don't like a lot of French Canadians due to my job and I feel bad about it.
Canadians are generally more polite than Americans, but still.
