I'm glad the MC mentioned it in the chapter, that it's a huge contradiction, a clear error by The World, to allow the manifestation of a demon lord, to destroy the current demon lord.

And while I do appreciate characters lampshading obvious flaws, it's still really fucking weird how the world just hates the idea of the demon-lord so much, it's willing to destroy every living being on the planet, just in order to get rid of it, whatever the cost....And now, even at the cost of adding yet another demon lord to the mix.

I don't know, at this point, it just feels personal, specifically against Dwight, right?

also pretty much what the temu joker wants is on line with Dwight as only one side reigning supreme, the will of the worlds wants only chaos and that they fight forever, trying to make a demon lord a servant goes against it.

I don't exactly blame you for not remembering, it being so long since the last update, but it has already been said that what is opposing MC isn't the will of the world, the Spirit King they met earlier said it was something else that was "unreasonable and illogical"
