Luciana is a former general of the Demon King, she maybe not enslaved others, but killed countless innocent while smiling away. For her, genocide was a thursday.

She is pretty hypocritical, "few chaps ago" enslaved were weaklings that can't rely on themselve but now she is rescuing enslaved because they were too weak and can't rely on themselve...

There's also fact she care more about her demon kind, but won't hesitate to kill without remorse anyone else.

They're all "bad guys".
