I get that the world pulls shit out of its ass to try and take him down, but this doesn’t seem like it. The will of the world has always been using humans as the ‘heroes’ because it seems to have a balance between humanity and demon kind. I do agree that the new baddie is fucking ridiculous and out of left field though, & the whole “perception magic vs detection magic” thing is bullshit.
