Hum. Fine. Sakaki wasn't wrong, they really didn't take the news well. But frankly, it's hard for me to have much sympathy for the ones so easily brainwashed that the truth breaks them. I did like that flare of anger for the ones on the town square, totally understanding that they were betrayed by the people in charge.
Hoaki has no chill to send them out to most likely raid the aliens city and see for themselves. (Still not quite sure on the geography of this era. Are the aliens in a futuristic city underground, mimicking the sky and sunlight, or is it the opposite, the human world is down and that elavator actually took them up to the Earth's surface and not down. Or are they all on the surface and the travel was lateral, out of the bounds of the reserve?)
