Of course they take the cop out method and have him die to system/monsters/anyone other than the MC. Honestly though, I was expecting them to just let him live again and go on to victimize people again, so it's better than nothing I guess. Really feels like this story doesn't know what it wants to do, hopefully we actually get some plot progression soon.

I feel its even worse. I shows that despite the author knowing that the MC needs to kill the guy, they refuse to have the MC kill. Which mean this series is screwed. This is a apocalyptic survival of the fittest series, were society has collapsed and you will need to protect yourself from criminals as law enforcement can't. Yet the MC can't kill a human that is actively attacking them and loved ones? And its not a case of they aren't ready to that can change, its the author is not allowing it. This just makes me lose all hope this series had any potential.

This manga is so random. I don’t think the author knows what they want to do. The time skip feels like kind of “wah?” And I’m tired of that weird female disguise. I looked at the chapter 21 raw and it looks like it’s hard to know the point.

If the villain would have survived that encounter, it'd be an insta drop. It's already on thin ice, having him wave his pistol and trying to gun down the, mc while shouting "die! I'll kill you!", and then immediately turning on the waterworks when it didn't work.

You don't simply shoot at someone, cackling, and then getting the opportunity to beg for your life.
Know what, fuck it, that is enough to be drop worthy. This stinks of hard LN adaptation with page limits.

I'm not going to be surprised at all if this goes like a lot of those former leaders from "kicked out of party" genre, where he gets like, powered up by the dungeon system or something and comes back as some sort of demon etc.
