I keep trying to guess this manga's end game, I get frustrated not knowing. (Actually, I'm a little tired of it being so completely about love right now, I also liked the things that were just about being kids or being people. )

What I'd LIKE is for it to be a reasonable Haruka x Ken-nii end game...not now, but at the very end when it's not child x almost-adult. Their connection is just very appealing.
I'd be content with it being a Haruka x Nobody. I mean, she's still just a kid and doesn't really need a boyfriend now (or even ever if she doesn't want). I've always liked the way she's just Haruka and the boys around her were just other normal people rather than Boys.
I have a feeling, though, that it might just be building to a Haruka x Wataru. I'm not that interested in that, but there's a possibility the manga's gonna have some big Wataru growing up stuff and also some Haruka growing out of Ken-nii stuff. But, as I said, I don't find that so interesting.

For now, though, I'm just left guessing.
