From a quick search "Dayo" is a slang equivalent to 'you know' in English, that you use when you start (or end) a phrase and/or to give emphasis to something. It doesnt have a direct translation but the general meaning goes like that.

So shes saying "the first place I wash is, you know..." *points at crotch*. She doesnt say it but it should be obvious what shes talking about.
