Next arc he will just put dirt into the dirt so that he can grow dirt in the dirt so that he can have more dirt to grow dirt in and bury everyone in his dirt grown from dirt so that he can have even more people to grow in his dirt that he grows dirt in and cover the dirt with even more dirt so that he can grow more dirt with more people inside the dirt to grow more dirt with dirt in the dirt mound.

Just why did I even put this title in my reading list? Well, changing that now for sure.

"The police are keeping an eye on those guys that failed to kill me" and then goes on to say a bit later (after a couple of other lines that indicate that the police aren't only keeping an eye out towards those that were caught, but also the rest of the gang) "that's right, I provoked them to make them attack us immediately" - so, based on these, the police are keeping their eyes on the whole gang - so why did those guys still manage to just waltz right to the MC's place and begin attacking without this "police" doing nothing about it? And I bet they won't do anything later on, and instead MC and his friend has to deal with them. So, what's with that stupid-ass mention of the police beforehand, if they do absolutely nothing? Do they even exist in the first place, if they never do a damn thing? What a retarded story.

Ah about time. I mentioned last time the optimal weapon for her is probably a throwing weapon. E.g. throwing knives, throwing axes, darts and probably the most optimal is a javelin.

That does make me wonder if he can grow animals or people. Sure, you'd probably need some kind of breathing apparatus to keep them alive overnight, but if it worked, that'd be both cool and terrifying.

While the current progression is somewhat humorous, I get kinda annoyed that mc is only taking a reactionary stance. Sure, sending maine to kill them (or doing it himself) might be a bit overkill, but he could have at the very least investigated (or straight up asked them) why they are so hung up on getting maine. If they only want her as an assassin or whatever, then it is clearly something that could be solved with money (just a whole lot more than he paid).
Or, yknow, he could just leave.

@feha I doubt they would answer honestly on why they want Maine and the MC already had some thoughts on that. And I wouldn't call what he did here reactionary as he provoked them on purpose to have them attack. That way it's
1. Self Defense (Important for Law Enforcement)
2. An Attack on his own turf. (Meaning he can trap the shit out of it as seen)
I agree though that the story flow is not perfect, things can be a lot clearer.
