@Merilirem That's the best solution for her stats I've seen so far. With her strength, it wouldn't even have to be rocks. She could throw whatever happens to be on hand: heavy sticks, dirt clods, bandits she just killed.

Throwing stuff is a good idea when you don't care about hitting all that much. When you're supposed to fight off large groups of monsters or bandits, it only works if you hit. And she isn't all that skilled and dexterous.
Still, a staff made from something tough seems like a good weapon choice for her.

Ideally she should be wearing super heavy mythril plate armor, and wielding a big thick mace. Even if the mace breaks she could just go in with her fists, or grapple them and start squeezing and breaking limbs.

@Sethraw maces are overrated.

get a maul. those all-metal sledgehammers will turn anyone to meat paste if you give it to someone with superhuman strength

5000lb bow (or whatever draw weight is low enough where she can shoot all day), firing tungsten arrows.

Low dexterity, average defense, but extremely high strength. She should wear heavy armor (for poise and protection, if it's too hot just get it enchanted with a cooling system) together with a very durable staff (for reach, she could simply punch anyone who got too close). Her mobility shouldn't be too affected due to her physical strength. The chances of this happening, however, are low as she is there to look cute.

I mean, her hands should already be receiving more or less the full force of these blows even when she's using a weapon, albeit possibly distributed more nicely. Basic Newtonian physics. Hand-to-hand combat should have been more or less fine...? (Or maybe not—as they say, "it's magic, don't question it.")

Also—he totally fits the bill for someone who's been a corporate slave for too long, telling himself that everything will be fine once he opens his own business and gets to use his real skills that just aren't appreciated, while slowly getting warped into a worldview where most things are fundamentally dog-eat-dog and that's just how the world works.

He's falling into traps of patting himself on the back for being ham-handedly manipulative, and attributing his success to his own talent instead of to his good fortune in several places. I don't think the author is doing it intentionally but this sort of person is both eminently recognisable, and a bit painful to watch.

(Of course, he has a cheat, and is the protagonist, so he's not going to fall on hard times and get caught in a downward spiral like people like this in real life do).

Hmm, if she's worried about hurting her hands because of boxing-type moves then she should learn to do wrestling-type moves.

so, i dont think anyone has told the author that this is not how weapons and their durability works, so the last 1-2 chapters including this one has been rather annoying with this non-sense of breaking weapons just from some silly strength alone... you cant just break a sword from strength alone when hitting soft fleshy targets, that sword wont snap, not even if superman was to swing a ordinary steel sword cutting up unarmored humans, that sword wont break for a long time, a staff on the other hand could very much so break from hitting a unarmored fleshy target, but a good quality steel staff given just the right amount of flex wont be permanently bent after hitting a human all that easily as the human will give way long before the staff will be bent to a point where it will be permanently bent, and a high poundage bow you just simply can not ever go wrong with when you have super strength, sure you could pull it so much that it breaks, but thats very unlikely since if you get the correct size on the bow your arms just simply wont be long enough to pull it until it breaks.

oh, and lets not forget that ugly useless guard and spiky pommel that would do the user more harm then good...

This chapter makes my brain hurt. The army threw her out? The girl with the crazy super power tailor made for combat and they threw her out? In a time when the country is so hard up for military power that they're doing dubious things like "hero summoning"? Okay. Even if I somehow believe that laughable premise... why is MC the first rich guy who stumbled across her amazingly obvious and impossible-not-to-see potential? The fact that some rich person would be eager to snatch up a literal superhuman as their full-time bodyguard is self-evident - the unbelievable part is that somehow MC is the first one to have snapped up the amazing bargain bin superman wtih a mere 1k gold.
